Instructions
Pat the chicken dry, cut into 1-1.5 inch cubes, and place in a bowl.
Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray basket with non-stick spray.
Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with scallions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer in the refrigerator.
