Instructions
Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with 4 tbsp butter, salt, and warm milk.
Crumble beef in a dish, stir in onion, and air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
Add garlic, herbs, seasonings, flour, tomato paste, and broth to beef; mix well. Fold in peas, carrots, and corn.
Spread mashed potatoes over beef mixture, seal edges, and top with remaining butter. Air fry at 380°F for 8–10 minutes until golden.
Garnish with parsley, rest 5 minutes, then serve.
Notes
For a creamier topping, add a splash of cream to the mashed potatoes.
