Instructions
Mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and nuts in a bowl.
Stir in nut butter, honey, vanilla, and egg white if using. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Line basket with parchment, add mixture, press down to form clusters.
Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8–10 minutes, stirring once at 5 minutes, until golden.
Cool completely, then fold in dried fruit. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra clusters, add egg white and press firmly before air frying.
