Wet Ingredients

almond milk (or skim milk)

coconut oil (melted, or applesauce)

vanilla extract

stevia (or monk fruit, honey, or maple syrup)

Greek yogurt (or light cream cheese)

Vanilla extract or cocoa powder (to taste)

Chopped nuts (shredded coconut, or sugar-free chocolate chips)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and grease silicone donut molds.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and sweetener in another.
Combine wet and dry, stir just until blended, then fill molds ¾ full.
Air fry at 350°F for 8–12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes, remove from molds, then dip or spread glaze and add toppings.
Notes
Use a silicone mold for easy removal and even cooking.
