  • 0.5 cup Flour (oat flour or almond flour)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • a pinch Salt
  • 1 egg Egg or flax egg
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, or coconut sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Flavorings (cinnamon, vanilla, or cocoa powder)

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients: protein powder, flour, baking powder, salt, and flavorings.
  • Whisk wet ingredients: egg, Greek yogurt, and sweetener.
  • Combine wet and dry until a thick dough forms; adjust with more flour or yogurt if needed.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
  • Spray air fryer basket; place balls in a single layer, leaving space.
  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
