Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add cottage cheese to the flour mixture and mix until chunky dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then divide into 4 sections and shape into bagels.
Brush bagels with whisked egg and add toppings.
Preheat air fryer to 300°F, then cook bagels for 15-17 minutes until golden.
Let bagels cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
