Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Toss chicken with oil and seasonings, then cook in air fryer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, and vinegar; thicken with cornstarch slurry and heat until slightly thickened.
Toss cooked chicken with sauce, then assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and chicken. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
