Instructions
Gather your ingredients and lay them out on the counter.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3-5 minutes.
Assemble the sandwich by placing two slices of bread buttered side down, adding cheese, and topping with the remaining bread buttered side up.
Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness.
Remove the sandwich from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra crispy texture, you can lightly spray the bread with cooking spray before cooking. Optionally, add ham, turkey, or tomato for added flavor.
