boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5” pieces
about 2 breasts

Avocado oil
or olive/vegetable oil

paprika
¾
teaspoon
granulated garlic powder
¾
teaspoon
granulated onion powder
½
teaspoon
flaky salt
or kosher salt, more to taste

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Mix oil, paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat. Optional: let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400ºF (204ºC) for 3 minutes.
Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket with space between pieces. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Check for doneness (internal temp 165ºF). Remove cooked chicken and repeat with remaining pieces.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or add to wraps, salads, or rice bowls.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken sit in the seasoned oil for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
