Air Fryer Chicken Bites (No Breading!)

Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5” pieces about 2 breasts
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil or olive/vegetable oil
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon granulated onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon flaky salt or kosher salt, more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix oil, paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat. Optional: let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400ºF (204ºC) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket with space between pieces. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Check for doneness (internal temp 165ºF). Remove cooked chicken and repeat with remaining pieces.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or add to wraps, salads, or rice bowls.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken sit in the seasoned oil for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
