  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 small apple, finely diced
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk (from a can)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pitted cherries
  • 2 tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 diced ripe peach
  • 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a jar. Stir in diced apple.
  • Secure lid, shake well, and refrigerate overnight.
