  • 240 milliliters beef broth
  • 300 milliliters milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60 grams sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and set aside.
  • Melt butter, whisk in flour to create a roux, then add beef broth gradually.
  • Whisk in milk and seasonings, then add cooked noodles and beef.
