Instructions
Season chicken with 1 tsp salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Cook chicken in oil and butter until browned, then remove from skillet.
Sauté garlic, deglaze with water, add tomatoes, seasonings, vinegar, honey, and thyme; braise for 10 minutes.
Slice chicken, return to skillet, heat through, then add burrata and rest for 3 minutes.
Finish with pepper, red pepper flakes, pine nuts; serve with bread and salad.
Notes
Use fresh thyme for best flavor and serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
