  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins about 700g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large lemon, juice and zest
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry, season, and cook in olive oil until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  • Deglaze with chicken broth, whisk in cream, and simmer until thickened.
  • Stir in parmesan, lemon zest, and juice until smooth.
  • Return chicken to skillet, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
