Eggs

  • 2 large eggs

Bananas

  • 2 medium bananas peeled

Peanut Butter

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly greased pan over low-medium heat.
  • Pour batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1-3 minutes.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve with toppings of your choice.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or fresh fruit.
