Instructions
Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
Add melted butter, egg, and salt; mix well.
Gradually add flour; knead until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Divide dough into 12 balls; place in greased dish, cover, and let rise 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); bake rolls 18-20 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
For softer rolls, let them rise a bit longer before baking.
